In order to clear the path towards the Unicity you will need to clear yourself from all bad energetic patterns, and the best way to do this is to forgive everyone that harmed you in any way and as well forgive yourself, repeat this 3 times per day and the results will be astonishing:
I forgive everyone who has ever hurt me, conscious or unconscious in this life or in any other in any plane, level or dimension, known or unknown I forgive them
I apologize to everyone I have ever hurt consciously or unconsciously in this life or in any other in any plane, level or dimension, known or unknown I ask them for forgiveness
I forgive myself for anything I have ever done that hurt the other person or me consciously or unconsciously in this life or in any other in this universe or in any other in any plane, level or dimension, known or unknown I accept the grace
I am free, all sides are shattered, and I am regaining my strength
